EXHIBITOR PRIZE PROGRAM
Exhibitor Prize Entry Information
Now accepting exhibitor prize entry forms on will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The deadline to submit an entry will be Friday, February 10, 2023 or until spots are sold out.
Who Can Enter?
All MarketPlace 2023 exhibitors may submit an entry form to participate in the prize program. However, all entries are on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a maximum of 10 prize entries.
Exhibitors may only submit one entry per exhibiting company
IMPORTANT: to submit an entry form for the prize program, you must provide three items when completing the form:
- Identify the value of the item
- Name of the prize item
- Brief description of prize item
Quantity of Prizes in Program
The number of prizes entry spots will be limited to 10 in the following categories
- Two (2) at $500 Value (SOLD OUT)
- Four (4) at $250 Value (SOLD OUT)
- Four (4) at $100 Value (3 Available, 1 Sold)
Each category represents ONE prize valued at dollar amount specified. Multiple prizes cannot be entered to equal prize value. For example, exhibitors cannot enter a $500 prize and provide five (5) $100 gift cards. The prize MUST be one item priced at $500.
Prize Drawings
Prize drawings will be held during MarketPlace Casino night on Thursday, March 2 from 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Winners must be present to win; exhibitors must be present to conduct drawing and present winner with the prize. All prize items must be in-hand during prize drawings.
Prizes
Your Prize can be anything….a wine basket, gift certificate, product or service. Have fun – be creative! It does not have to be anything to do with your company’s product/service. The goal is to entice attendees to visit your Table!
Bring your Prize to display at your table OR you may choose to display prize details as a PDF in a plastic display holder.
Selecting Prizes
When selecting your prize, keep in mind the winners will be traveling home with their prize. Prizes should be able to fit in winners’ luggage. If the prize is not an item that can be carried on a plane or fit into winners’ luggage, the exhibiting company will be responsible for shipping prize to winners’ home address. The shipping costs are not included in the value of the prize.
How It Works
ASB will post the exhibiting company, table top # and prizes on the website and event app.
Attendees must visit your Table during MarketPlace hours to enter to win your prize. Attendees MUST be present at MarketPlace Casino night to win and pick up prize.
Prize entry collections will be attendee business cards. For attendees that may not have business cards, ASB will provide each exhibitor with business card sized entry forms.
Bring your Prize to display at your table OR you may choose to display prize details as a PDF in a plastic display holder.
Exhibitor to provide prize item, drop box, and PDF in an acrylic sign holder to display at YOUR table top (if you do not have prize at table top).
