Delia Justable is a Global Sanitary Compliance Manager at Forbo Siegling LLC, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of Forbo’s food industry sanitary design and compliance program. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science/Food Science from Florida A&M University and a Master of Science in Food Science from Kansas State University. She is a certified HACCP practitioner, a certified SQF (Advanced) practitioner, and a certified Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) food safety trainer. Her prior work experiences include compliance and quality assurance management for bakery and produce operations.
Delia has been involved in the whole baking industry for 6 years and member of ASB for 2 years. ASB BakingTech first attracted Delia to a career in baking. After becoming employed in the industry, Delia chose to become a member of ASB due to the strategic important of the baking industry for Forbo Siegling LLC. She continues to be involved in the society because it provides accredited sanitary design and compliance expertise to the baking industry. Given the strategic importance of the food industry, Forbo Siegling brought me onboard to facilitate discussions with our customers in regards to their sanitary design and compliance needs.
While passionate about ASB and wholesale baking, Delia also enjoys working out, volunteering with the American Cancer Society- Charlotte, ASB committees (Z50 Vice Chair and YPC Committees) and BEMA committees (Safety & Sanitation Committee and Baking Industry Forum).
