Michael Lucchesi brings with him a depth and knowledge of baking that few can attain – by growing up in a family business, Gonnella Baking Company, a 135 year old family owned business.  And Mike found the baking business was also his passion.  Mike has literally performed every job in the bakery from ground up. That background provided him with a unique perspective that he has brought to managing bakery operations and in project management. Paraphrasing a bit, Mike will tell you making decisions to change is tough when you have the legacy of the company and the legacy of the family, including those of multigenerational employees depending upon you.  So, when you make them, they need to be right .Do they make you money? Do they promote your product? How do we get more efficient?  In addition to his vast experience Michael has undergraduate and graduate degrees in business.
