1. Do not wait!  Begin preparing your entry as early as possible, and have your technical staff review it to ensure that it’s accurate.  There will be no deadline extensions
2. Answer the questions as clearly as possible and provide straightforward, informative photographs or illustrations.
3. When preparing your entry, focus on providing substantive information, not on creative formatting or typefaces.  Entries will be given a standardized look before the judges see them.
