Welcome to the BakingTECH Scavenger Hunt! This fun and engaging activity is designed to help you explore the venue and connect with new people!
How to Play:
- Form a team of 3-4 people and review the list below.
- Find and document every item by taking a picture, ensuring at least one team member is in each photo. Get creative!
- Race to finish first, or find the most items, before 2:50 PM ON SUNDAY and be declared the winner, or complete the hunt over the course of the conference, and check in with the Registration Desk for a free ASB Sticker or Postcard.
A Few Guidelines:
- Creativity is encouraged, but all photos must clearly show the required items.
- Be respectful of other attendees and exhibitors while completing your tasks.
- Follow all venue guidelines and conference policies.

- Start at the Beginning: Snap a photo at the registration desk.
- Going Up? Capture the elevator featuring the BakingTECH logo.
- ASB Pride: Find an attendee sporting a ribbon on their badge and snap a photo.
- Show Off Your ASB Style! Strike a pose with ASB merch from the Pop-Up Shop.
- Ready, Set, GROW! Find the room where Ideation Labs take place and capture a ‘lightbulb moment.’
- Make a Connection: Take a picture exchanging business cards with a new friend.
- Take a Break: Feature your favorite soft drink available from the hotel Grab ’n’ Go.
- Listen Up! Show us your best “listening face” at the podcast stage.
- Game On! Play a lawn game on the R Lawn, home of the Carnival Extravaganza closing event.
- Mission Accomplished: Celebrate completing the scavenger hunt with a team photo!
