Morton Sosland has dedicated his career to reporting, studying and analyzing the global grain-based foods industry. As chairman of Sosland Publishing Company and Editor-in-Chief of Milling and Baking News and World Grain, he has strived for over 40 years to encourage thoughtful debate and discourse among industry leaders. He has fostered a unique leadership role representing both the grain industry and the commercial baking community. He continues to advocate for the maintenance of high-level wheat production and the recognition of the importance of the American baking and food industry. He has served a lifetime of community service, civic affairs and philanthropy.
