Z50 Committee

The Z50 Committee is tasked with managing the American National Standards for Baking Equipment that comprises of two specific standards: the ANSI Z50.1 Standard for Bakery Equipment – Safety Requirements; and ANSI Z50.2 Standard for Bakery Equipment – Sanitation Requirements. The committee also ensures compliance with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
