The Formulation Floor is the centerpiece experience at BakingTECH — a space built for direct problem-solving between suppliers, bakers, and R&D professionals. Here's what's happening on the Formulation Floor:

Tabletop & Booth Experience – A flexible, exhibitor-driven format that lets companies choose how they show up on the Formulation Floor. Participants can select a traditional tabletop or upgrade to a 10×10 open booth space for a more visual, dynamic presence. The mix of formats gives exhibitors room to tailor their footprint and creates more variety across the floor for attendees.

Innovation Spotlight (Formerly Innovation Stations) – The Innovation Spotlight highlights cutting-edge ingredients, technologies, and solutions shaping the future of baking. Maintaining its proven format, this activation is enhanced with a competitive element, featuring category awards and a “Best of Show” recognition presented during a general session. By spotlighting breakthrough ideas and rewarding excellence, the Innovation Spotlight drives supplier participation while creating excitement and discovery for attendees.

First Taste: Product Showcase  –New for 2027, this is an end-product display featuring finished goods and equipment innovations from around the world. Designed to spotlight creativity and global trends, this activation includes a competitive component with category awards and a “Best of Show” presented during a general session. The showcase is positioned to attract bakers, re-engage global suppliers, and inspire attendees with real-world product innovation.

Co-Man Lounge – The Co-Man Lounge is a high-energy networking hub designed for contract manufacturers, scaling brands, and solution providers to connect in a relaxed, hospitality-driven setting. Expanded to include emerging and growth-stage companies, the lounge features a coffee barista experience to create a welcoming, destination feel on the floor. This activation encourages meaningful conversations, informal meetings, and sustained foot traffic, making it a key connection point throughout the event.
