First Taste: Product Showcase –New for 2027, this is an end-product display featuring finished goods and equipment innovations from around the world. Designed to spotlight creativity and global trends, this activation includes a competitive component with category awards and a “Best of Show” presented during a general session. The showcase is positioned to attract bakers, re-engage global suppliers, and inspire attendees with real-world product innovation.
Co-Man Lounge – The Co-Man Lounge is a high-energy networking hub designed for contract manufacturers, scaling brands, and solution providers to connect in a relaxed, hospitality-driven setting. Expanded to include emerging and growth-stage companies, the lounge features a coffee barista experience to create a welcoming, destination feel on the floor. This activation encourages meaningful conversations, informal meetings, and sustained foot traffic, making it a key connection point throughout the event.
