BAKETalk Stage:  Attendees and exhibitors will be inspired by thought leaders and industry experts on the BAKETalk stage. NEW Innovation Stations: The Innovation Hub on the Formulation Floor is a new space to highlight emerging technologies and trends in the commercial baking industry. Here, companies present innovative solutions, transforming the industry’s future.

Stand out with a kiosk showcasing your graphics and collaborate with customers to address baking industry challenges.  Applications being accepted starting August 20 through October 25.

NEW Baker’s Row – How A Product is Made: Attendees will follow the journey of how a product is made from concept to creation at Baker’s Row. All exhibitors will be featured on selected bakery product lifecycles highlighting their involvement in the production of the baked good.
