Table Top Assignment Policy

Returning 2021 exhibitors will be given priority table-top assignments for MarketPlace 2022. Table-tops will be assigned as noted in the below deadlines. 

Please note the deadlines and guidelines carefully. If you submit an application during the incorrect registration deadline, your application will NOT BE PROCESSED and you will be required to resubmit your application during the appropriate deadline time period.  Applications must be completed in their entirety and any incomplete applications will NOT BE PROCESSED.

Registration Deadline #1

Who: MarketPlace 2021 returning exhibitors who wish to maintain their same table-top assignment from MarketPlace 2020

When:  September 8 – September 22, 2021

In order to maintain the same table-top assignment from MarketPlace 2020, exhibitor application and full payment must be received by September 22, 2021.

If application and full payment are not received by September 22, 2021, table-top space will be forfeited, made available for general sale after September 22, and not guaranteed for MarketPlace 2022.  All assignments after September 22 will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please refer to the first-come, first-serve policy below.

Registration Deadline #2

Who: First-Time MarketPlace 2021 exhibitors and MarketPlace 2021 returning exhibitors who wish to reserve a new table-top location from MarketPlace 2020

When: September 23 – September 30, 2021

MarketPlace 2021 returning exhibitors who wish to relocate will be allowed a new location as space becomes available after September 22.    NOTE:  Your 2020 table-top assignment will be released after September 22 and will be made available for general sale.  You are not guaranteed the same location, a similar location or perceived better location and all applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please refer to the first-come, first serve policy notice provided below.

First-Time MarketPlace 2021 exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve a MarketPlace table-top beginning September 23, 2021

First-Time MarketPlace 2021 exhibitors and returning MarketPlace 2021 table-top exhibitors who wish to relocate must submit their exhibitor application and full payment by September 30, 2021.

Please make sure to review the updated MarketPlace 2022 floor plan on the day of submitting your application to view most current table-top availability and pick your top six table-top locations.  A minimum of four table-top choices must be indicated on application or the application will not be processed.  It is highly recommended that you review the floor plan on day of submission as the table-top availability will change daily.

Registration Deadline #3

Who: MarketPlace 2020 returning exhibitors

When: October 1 – October 13, 2021

MarketPlace 2020 exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve their same table-top, should it still be available, or a new location starting October 1, 2021.

Should your 2020 table-top location not be available, please make sure to review the updated MarketPlace 2022 floor plan on the day of submitting your application to view most current table-top availability and pick your top six table-top locations.  A minimum of four table-top choices must be indicated on application or the application will not be processed.  It is highly recommended that you review the floor plan on day of submission as the table-top availability will change daily.

Registration Deadline #4

Who:  All new exhibitors, and returning exhibitors who did not submit by the above deadlines, will be assigned table tops after October 13, 2020 on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please refer to the first-come, first-service policy notice provided below.

First-Come, First-Serve Policy

The date on which the application and full payment is received by ASB will be the date used when determining the order of the assignment of the table-top space.  Every effort will be made to honor all requests for specific table-top assignments; however, there is no guarantee that any particular request will be accommodated.  

If your choices have already been assigned to another exhibitor, you will be contacted by ASB staff to discuss table-top availability and an alternative assignment.
