The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
Material Handlling
All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the Alliance Exposition warehouse. Direct to show site shipments will not e accepted at the Hilton Chicago. The Hilton Chicago does not have the capabilities to receive nor adequate storage space for exhibitor materials.
It is recommended to ship all exhibit materials to the advanced warehouse. Shipping to the warehouse will ensure that materials are in the booth space for exhibitor set up. The warehouse deadline date has been extended for receiving to Wednesday, February 23, 2022. The standard warehouse material handling charge will be honored for all shipments received by this date. Any shipments sent directly to the facility will be required to be handled by Alliance Nationwide Exposition Company. The prevailing warehouse material handling rate plus a 20% minimum surcharge will be added to all direct shipments. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Hilton Chicago for any items sent directly to the facility.

Shipments not cosigned to ABF/ArcBest Freight, the Official Show Carrier, require a pick-up to be scheduled in advance by the exhibiting company with its designated carrier of choice.
For outbound carrier pick up, please schedule your carrier to pick up from the above Outbound Pick Up address between the hours of 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 only. Carrier check-in deadline is 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit hall by 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

The Hilton Chicago has limited storage space. Please do not send freight directly to the facility to avoid additional handling fees by facility.

MarketPlace Networking Reception – Wednesday, March 2
Wednesday evening during the MarketPlace will feature a networking reception from 4pm – 5pm. Exhibitors may buy additional beverage tickets through the BakingTECH 2022 registration.
MarketPlace Casino Night – Thursday, March 3
Continuing the success of the inaugural MarketPlace Casino Night we will be hosting casino night on Thursday, March 3. Mix, mingle and network with baker clients while playing roulette. Bakers will host gaming tables during casino night. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with bakers and win prizes! MarketPlace casino night is included in your table top fee.

Entrance to the exhibit area is by ASB BakingTECH conference badge only. Everyone, including representatives of exhibitors, must register and wear his or her own ASB BakingTECH conference badge. Conference badges are not transferable.
Proof of Vaccination
Communicate the proof of COVID-19 vaccination to your staff as all attendees, speakers, exhibitors and guests will have to provide proof of vaccination.
