Join us for an engaging and interactive afternoon at Rademaker’s Experience Center in Elk Grove, IL, designed to provide hands-on experience with lamination processes and insights into their state-of-the-art equipment. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in DIY dough lamination, explore automation processes, and gain a deeper understanding of dough quality, tooling, and process flexibility. Each guest will receive a swag bag and enjoy fresh pastries during the event.
Individuals attending IFT: A one-way shuttle will be offered to Rademaker’s Experience Center. Please make sure to indicate on the registration form if you plan to take the shuttle

Learning Stations
DIY Dough Lamination Station
Guests will mix a small bowl of dough and manually laminate it into layers, gaining a hands-on understanding of the process.
Optional friendly competition to see who can create the correct number of layers the fastest.

Rotating groups will explore different stations, including:
