Our Formulation Floor (formerly known as MarketPlace) is a tabletop exhibit show that is held in conjunction with BakingTECH. If you’re in the Baking equipment, ingredients or services business, ASB’s Formulation Floor is the place to be in February. Over 150 partner-suppliers and 900+ baking professionals are here to make this the “Best Week in Baking.” The Formulation Floor allows you to make new contacts and connect with your existing clients. In addition to the tabletop exhibits, in 2025, we are introducing Innovation Stations – a curated showcase of innovative concepts to advance your bakery operations. The BakeTalk Stage, our version of a TEDx-style of educational presentations, is also a centerpiece of the Formulation Floor.
