Songwei Wu is a Staff Scientist with Innophos, Inc. She is an experienced food scientist with demonstrated history in ingredient research and application development. By leveraging her skills in food science, product development, and research & development, Songwei has successfully developed various effective solutions to address food/ingredient manufacturer’s needs. Songwei holds a Master of Science Degree in Food Science from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
