Join us Thursday, September 19th for our regional event, hosted by the ASB Young Professionals Committee, Reading Bakery Systems and AMF Bakery Systems.  Go behind the scenes at the RBS Science & Innovation Center to meet and greet industry colleagues and friends while enjoying refreshments, and snacks (of course!).

2:30 – 3:30PM – Equipment Test Drive: Education, Demonstrations & Tours
See the latest technologies bakers use to automate their processes and improve efficiency.

Continuous Mixing/Hamburger Buns
Jim Warren, Vice President, Exact Mixing, will give a brief overview of continuous mixing for buns, complete with demonstration, featuring the Exact HDX continuous mixer.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
See chocolate chip cookies made using the latest RBS WCX wirecut technology, and the energy-efficient RBS Emithermic Oven.  Don’t miss trying these tasty sweet treats!

Baking for a Better Tomorrow
