About BakingTECH 2023

BakingTECH is the Best Week in Baking, which provides premier educational and networking events for baking professionals.

BakingTECH 2023 will gather, on February 28 – March 2, leading innovators to present technical sessions to our membership, representing all facets of the Baking Industry. This year’s theme of RESILIENCE is symbolic of the generations of bakers that have come before us, their adaptability and perseverance. Our industry carries on today, with that same spirit, enduring constant challenges in an ever-changing world.

The agenda will feature full programs attracting professional bakers in the commercial baking industries.  Sessions are set to explore a multitude of topics such as recruiting & retaining workforce, professional development, leadership vs mentorship, mental health, ingredient technologies, consumer behaviors, equipment and engineering, sustainability and much more!

Beyond the educational content of the program, attendees and exhibitors will be able to re-connect and establish relationships at the MarketPlace Table-Top tradeshow which is expected to bring in 130+ ingredient and equipment suppliers and services providers.
