Registration Information & Requirements

Table Top Fees

In order to guarantee listing in the event app, exhibitor application and full payment must be received by the early registration deadline of January 13, 2023.

How to Register

Any company wishing to register for a table top at the MarketPlace may complete their registration online or by mailing/faxing Exhibitor application.

Submitting an exhibitor application through the online registration will not be processed without full payment.  You will be required to pay in full using a credit card.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted for payment.

Payments by check will not be accepted through the online registration system.  Exhibitors paying by check should download and complete the above Exhibitor Application.

Paying by Check (Payable to ASB or American Society of Baking)
You may submit your exhibitor application electronically (email or fax) without payment to obtain priority table top selection.  However, check payments must be received within 10 business days of exhibitor application and contract submission.  If payment is not received by the ASB office within 10 business days any exhibit space previously assigned shall be forfeited and table top will not be assigned until 100% payment is received.

Terms of Payment

No refunds will be made after an application has been accepted and registration has been confirmed.

Items Included in Table Top Fee

  • Complimentary listing of company name and table top number in BakingTECH event app.
  • One 8’x30” draped table with two chairs
  • Identification sign with company name and table top number
  • Company listing, brief company description and website in the online MarketPlace Exhibitor Directory (application must be received by January 13, 2023 to ensure listing)
  • Access to BakingTECH pre-registration list (list includes registrant name and company)
  • MarketPlace Casino Night on Thursday, March 2

** Table top package DOES NOT include individual registration or passes to BakingTECH or the Marketplace. Registration Requirements

Entrance to the exhibit area is by ASB BakingTECH conference badge only.  Everyone, including representatives of exhibitors, must register and wear his or her own ASB BakingTECH conference badge.  Conference badges are not transferable.

Exhibiting companies must have a minimum of one Full Professional Conference Delegate registered for BakingTECH.  Additional exhibitors must be a minimum of MarketPlace Only if they are attending the MarketPlace Only or be a Full Conference registrant if they attend the entire conference.

To register for a table top, it is required that each company have at least one fully registered conference delegate and issue full payment to headquarters by the cut-off of January 13, 2023.  Click on the below links for more information on BakingTECH Registration and ASB membership.

NOTE: Individuals with a spouse/guest badge can not staff company/organization table top exhibits.
