Amber Montes

Amber Montes is an Associate Food Scientist at Enzyme Innovation, a division of Specialty Enzymes & Probiotics.  Amber is responsible for providing technical support for baked goods, including extending freshness in tortillas and providing egg replacement solutions.  Amber has a B.S in Food Science at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Her passions include health, sustainability, and creating recipes that sneak in extra nutrition for children and picky adults.
